A query like "will I be capable of doing it?", Am I going incorrect?", etc. torment our mind due to this lake of confidence.

The hallmark of a successful leader in his trust in himself. Faith in own self, faith in one's abilities and capabilities and faith in god instills miraculous strength is used to carry to our conviction, acceptability, and popularity.

Confidence comes not from always being right. But from not fearing to be wrong.

  • Identify your successes. Don't let one failure overshadow all your sweet encounters with success. Take pride in those moments of success.
  • Be thankful for what you have. Try to grateful for what you have, instead of crying over what you don't. Look around the world and you will find numerous people who have not been half as lucky as you are.
  • Be positive and you will be infused with confidence.
  • Accept compliment gracefully. When anybody compliments you, don,t shrug it off. Instead, respond positively and express heartfelt gratitude.
  • Look in the mirror and smile. Every expression on your face can actually encourage your brain to register certain emotions. By looking in the mirror and smiling every day might feel happier with yourself and more confident in the long run. 
  • Adhere to your principles. Do not compromise to them because ones you start doing that there is no end to it.
  • Help others. Make in a habit. When you start helping people in need you enjoy a sense of fulfillment and contentment. It will thus enable you to realize that you have a tremendous capability of easing other people's lives and spreading happiness around.

The art of listening is a critical skill for good communication.

Poor listening can be a serious problem with the correct answer.
To improve listening skills one must :
  • Improve the power of concentration to listen attentively.
  • Ask the question in case you need clarification. It shows interest.
  • Don't interrupt. Avoid distractions.
  • Be open-minded. Keep your mind free from any emotional bias or perception. Don't let preconceived ideas and prejudice obstruct your listening.
  • Avoid judging or rushing to a conclusion or an answer, listen to the whole massage or question or speech, whatsoever.
  • Concentrate on the massage, not on the delivery.
  • Recognize non-verbal communication such as facial expressions, eye contact, etc. They might communicate a different message from the verbal one.
